Bath Rituals- Self Love

Each of our bath blends has a base of Himalayan and Epsom salt, which are both brilliant for relaxing your muscles and easing cramps. Then we add a mixture of different herbs and flowers petals that match the theme of the bath ritual. For the self- love blend we have added: rose petals (for self love and confidence), lavender (for peace and tranquillity) mint (for luck and optimism). We've topped this all off with some vitamin E oil (great for healthy skin) and geranium essential oil (for love and health). Add a handful of these salts to your bath to invite self-love, confidence, and health into your life. If you don't want petals floating around your bath, use any pouch you have available to hold the salts. The salt will deserve and the herbs will still infuse into the water. 

Whether you pick a blend because of the smell, or the meaning behind the ritual, these salts will add a bit of luxury to your bath and help your body heal. Treat yourself! All in all, this blend is an indulgent mix that just screams self love and confidence. It honestly smells divine and would make any bath that bit more special! A great idea for birthdays, mother's day, or just because!

The Ritual

1. Create a sacred space by adding crystals and candles around your bath tub. Include a pink or green candle if you can. 
2. Cleanse your space using incense, sage, or palo santo.
3. Whilst your bath is running, look at yourself in the mirror. Consider what you like about yourself- the things you overlook. This does not have to be physical qualities- this could be your selflessness, your trustworthiness, your kindness etc. Think about what thoughts and feelings you would like to work on, and what things you would like to manifest.
4. Submerge yourself in the water and visualise what you wish to manifest. Allow the water, with all its power, to surround you with love. Ask out loud for what you want, followed by "thank you, thank you, thank you".
5. Take a moment to connect with your breath. Feel the rhythm of your body slow down.
6. Relax and enjoy your beautiful sacred bath. When you are ready, empty the water and watch as your desires are set free into the universe.
