Bath Rituals- Aura Cleansing

Each of our bath blends has a base of Himalayan and Epsom salt, which are both brilliant for relaxing your muscles and easing cramps. Then we add a mixture of different herbs and flowers petals that match the theme of the bath ritual. For the aura cleansing blend we have added: nettle (dispels negative energy), and rosemary (for protection and purification). We've topped this all off with some vitamin E oil (great for healthy skin) and cedar (for grounding and protection) and pine (for protection) essential oils. Add a handful of these salts to your bath to cleanse your aura and get rid of stagnant energy. If you don't want petals floating around your bath, use any pouch you have available to hold the salts. The salt will deserve and the herbs will still infuse into the water. 

Whether you pick a blend because of the smell, or the meaning behind the ritual, these salts will add a bit of luxury to your bath and help your body heal. Treat yourself! All in all, this blend is an indulgent mix that just screams cleansing. It honestly smells divine and would make any bath that bit more special! A great idea for birthdays, mother's day, or just because!

The Ritual

1. Create a sacred space by adding crystals and candles around your bath tub.
2. Cleanse your space using incense, sage, or palo santo.
3. Visualise any negative or stagnant energy being released from your aura and your body.
4. Add your bath rituals to the water, and then submerge yourself in the water and allow yourself to let go of any energetic residue. Visualise your aura becoming clear, bright, and vibrant.
5. Take a moment to connect with your breath. Feel the rhythm of your body slow down. Focus on feelings of purification and renewal.
6. Relax and enjoy your beautiful sacred bath. When you are ready, empty the water and blow out your candles, thanking the elements of fire, water, air, and earth for their cleansing energies.
